Last week a customer booked a Video Survey through our website. They were concerned about some unusual dampness around doorways and also on an inner wall. Very soon into the call we managed to narrow down the cause to two possibilities:

1. Condensation dampness caused by the usual suspects.
   

2. Possible damage to the DPC caused by chopping a window to French Doors.

The problem turned out to be the old problem of a lack of ventilation causing a build up of humidity within the home.
