A Wonderful Christmas Customer Surprise!

This evening the doorbell rang. What a wonderful surprise was waiting at the door. In the summer this year we went to survey a customers house as he was selling and his buyer had had a survey done saying the house had rising damp. Customer wasn’t convinced and called in an expert. We found no evidence of rising damp but did find instances of condensation dampness and made a report. Consequently our customer was delighted that there was no need for disruptive and expensive remedial required, and he didn’t have any need to reduce his selling price! Happy days all round. Thanks John for the bottle of plonk and for being a great human being!!
